Any breach by You of this AUP will constitute a material breach of the Agreement and will entitle Us to terminate the Agreement without liability to You.
    2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your (and any authorised user's) access to and use of the Software at all times complies with this AUP. You must not facilitate or permit any person acting on Your behalf or with Your authority to access or use the Software in any way that would contravene this AUP, and You must ensure that all such persons comply with this AUP in full as though the words "You" and "Your" referred to them.
