For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not apply to, and do not govern, any software, platform, product, or service offered by Literal Labs Ltd, including ModelMill and any associated tooling. Those matters are governed exclusively by the applicable commercial agreements and product-specific terms published at www.literal-labs.ai/about/legal.html.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connexion with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
